Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about buying, selling and financing a vehicle with us.

Buying a Vehicle

Are all your vehicles roadworthy certified?

Yes — every vehicle on our floor has passed a full roadworthy inspection before it's made available for sale. You'll receive the roadworthy certificate as part of your purchase documentation.

Do your vehicles come with service history?

Where available, yes. Each listing indicates whether the vehicle has full, partial or no service history. We never misrepresent service records.

Can I do a test drive before buying?

Absolutely. Test drives are available by appointment at our showroom. Call us or use the enquiry form on any listing to book yours.

Can I arrange a virtual viewing?

Yes — we do virtual car demos via video call. Contact us and we'll arrange a live walkthrough at a time that suits you.

Is there a warranty on used vehicles?

AA Warranties are available on select stock. Ask our team about warranty options for the specific vehicle you're interested in.

Vehicle Finance

Which finance houses do you work with?

We work with multiple lenders including MFC (Nedbank), Wesbank (FNB), Absa and Standard Bank. We submit to several simultaneously to get you the most competitive rate.

How long does finance approval take?

In most cases we have a pre-approval in principle within a few hours of receiving your complete application. Full approval typically follows within 24–48 business hours.

What documents do I need?

A valid South African ID or passport, proof of residence (not older than 3 months), your 3 most recent payslips or 6 months bank statements if self-employed, and proof of income.

Can I get finance if I'm self-employed?

Yes — self-employed applicants are assessed using 6 months of bank statements in place of payslips.

What interest rate should I expect?

Interest rates are credit-profile dependent and set by the lending institution. The monthly estimates shown on our listings are a guide only — your actual rate may differ based on your credit score.

Selling & Trade-In

How does the trade-in process work?

Bring your vehicle in for a same-day assessment. We evaluate condition, mileage, service history and market value and make you a competitive offer.

What documents do I need to sell my car?

Original ID, original registration papers (RC1/NaTIS), proof of address, settlement letter if financed, and all spare keys and service books.

How quickly will I receive payment?

Once all paperwork is signed and verified, EFT payment is made directly into your bank account — typically within 24 hours.

My car still has outstanding finance — can I sell it?

Yes. Bring a settlement letter from your finance house. We settle the outstanding amount directly with the lender and pay you the difference.
